there are some changes to the game to suit this campaign. these are as follows.

1.the races will be chosen from the planar handbook, savage species and the “races of the wild” book instead of the normal players handbook.

2.any class may be chosen, though it is strongly advised to choose a strange and exotic class, if only for the benefits of making the campaign more interesting

3.the planes are now as follows
a. the material plane (Maal) where no part of the campaign takes place, and where strange adventurers called “humans” and “dwarves” hail from.

b. (Aal) is the alternate material plane where most of the campaign (start to middle and other) takes place.

c. the shadow plane (shol) where the third quarter of the campaign take place. home to the shadow creatures (creatures with the shadow template)

d. the demon plane (dagule) where none of the campaign takes place, but where demons and devils spawn, and the place rumored to hold the nine hells.

4. aberrations are planar creatures belonging to the alternate material plane only.
